It begins with a conversation. After your first enquiry, a planner reaches out to understand how you like to travel. From there we draft a route, refine it together, and only confirm once every detail feels right.
We ask for a 25% deposit to begin securing lodges and guides, with the balance due eight weeks before departure. For trips booked at short notice, full payment may be required up front.
Cancellations more than eight weeks before departure forfeit only the deposit. Within eight weeks, charges increase on a sliding scale. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, and we can point you to a trusted broker.
Absolutely. Many of our travellers go alone, and we design those journeys with the same care — sometimes with more company built in, sometimes with more solitude. It is entirely your call.
Our journeys are private by default, shaped around your party alone. Where a small-group departure exists, we cap it at twelve so the experience never feels like a tour.
Yes. Tell us what you need and we will build the journey accordingly, choosing lodges, transport, and routes that work for you. We would rather adapt a trip thoughtfully than promise something we cannot deliver.
